Return Policy
If your item(s) arrive damaged:
1. Email us at blackberrymoonsoap@gmail.com with a photo of your damaged item(s) to begin your return.
2. We will email you back with further instructions including how to mail the damaged products back to us.
3. Once we receive your damaged item(s) we will send you a replacement package.
If you are unhappy with your product(s):
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products. Please email us and we will work with you!
Delivery policy
We currently only ship within the United States. You have 3 options for shipping:
1. USPS $8.00 flat rate
2. Free pick-up at the Whidbey Island Bayview Farmers Market between 10:00-2:00
Cancellation policy
Please email us at blackberrymoonsoap@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund.
